Welcome to Tee (DOT) Nail Bar ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments are confirmed only after a deposit payment has been received (where applicable). We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings. You will receive a confirmation notification once your appointment is secured.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of S$20 (or as stated at time of booking) is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the final bill on the day of your visit.

• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
• Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment if notified at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible via the booking platform or by reaching out directly.

• 24+ hours' notice: Deposit may be transferred to a new booking date.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: Deposit is forfeited.
• No-shows: Full deposit is forfeited and future bookings may require full prepayment.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, at our discretion, to avoid affecting subsequent clients.

5. Service Results

Results may vary depending on the condition of your natural nails, skin, and aftercare. We do not guarantee identical results to reference photos. We will always do our best to achieve your desired look within the constraints of your nails' health.

6. Credits & Packages

Store credits issued by Tee (DOT) Nail Bar have no cash value and are non-refundable. Credits are tied to your registered account and cannot be transferred to another person. Credit packages do not have an expiry date unless stated otherwise.

7. Privacy

Your personal information (name, contact details, date of birth) is collected solely for booking, appointment management, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. By booking with us, you consent to receiving booking confirmations, reminders, and updates via the contact details provided.

8. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if we believe it may cause harm to you or our nail technician.

9. Payments

We accept PayNow and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking platform or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
